Funnily enough I do generally listen to albums from cover to cover, rather than shuffling. I have playlists for neglected songs, but even those tend to play in album order…

I saw Crazy Heart tonight and really liked it. It starts out in a bowling alley, which is a nice nod to Big Lebowski, and it’s more than a little bit country.
Today I stuck to my album format while going to and from work. On the way to work, I listened to Gillian Welch’s Soul Journey. For the trip home, Buddy and Julie Miller’s album Buddy and Julie.
It was actually nice to have a coherent listening experience.
